Need an easy way to sharpen a point tool (also known as a pyramid tool)? Get a plumbing fitting as shown in the picture. If you need to, drill it out to fit your tool. I added a setscrew to hold it in place. Place one of the facets on the grinder's tool rest. Since it has 6 sides just turn it to every other side to grind the 3 facets of your tool.
