I have always wanted to be able to make beautiful beads on my bowls etc. I have practiced many times but the ability to create beads has so far eluded me. That is, until I found a user submitted article in an AAW magazine that talked about making your own tools from flat screwdrivers. I grabbed two different size screwdrivers and two different size rotary stones for my Dremel and Voila! I now have two different size beading tools. I'm still going to practice making beads with a spindle gouge but until I master that I have a way to make beads.
