Open Studios

There will be Friday Morning Open Studios on March 13, & 20. There will be an I&M Team Academy on February 27. Exciting News! We now have a coring system available. Give it a try on your next large bowl blank! The Studio at 260 Long Pond Drive in S. Yarmouth will be open to all Club members. Members of the Instruction and Mentoring team are on hand to respond to questions or offer assistance when needed. The studio provides lathes, some tooling and materials, depending on needs. The studio opens at 9:00AM and we generally close by 12:30PM. Space is limited so RESERVE your spot by emailing, texting or calling Dave (davearnonehome@gmail.com or 518 858-1108). Come and turn and network with your fellow turners. The studio is located at 260 Long Pond Drive beginning at 9:30
Coffee Hour
March 25th – Virtual Coffee Hour – 9:00 AM
There will be an open discussion on segmenting as well as, a Show and Tell featuring turnings you would like to share. You can upload photos of your work at any time during the month to the following link but please upload by the Tuesday prior to the coffee hour.

Jeff Hornung will be providing a Virtual demonstration on his techniques for chasing (creating) threads on turned items.
This will be an in person and hybrid meeting
